My ideal spirng outfit.

So spring is approaching slowly but surely. Last season spring piece are on sale for the new one to come in, so get to shopping. Old pieces in spring are always good,no matter what anyone saying. Its something original. This is my ideal outfit for spring , rather im going out for a day of brunch, shopping, hanging out with family,BF, or myself handling somethings. Its comfortable and cute. This entire outfit is based off the shoes, they are the main piece. They are the inspiration. I would get this outfit for myself but the shoes are only left in two sizes. But if I find some similar , I just might snag them up. Let me know if any of you find some similar. By the way ill post links so you can shop this look.

Thick but fit! Spring/summer 2013

Good morning lovelys. I haven't blogged and a while or post on my YouTube channel.. shame on me. But there just been so much going on this month. Here's a little update. My family has lost two of my members in the past month of January. On top of that Ive been busy with so much more. The last video i think I posted was about skin care. It reach a lot of views fast. I did a blog post yesterday. But anyway, I'm getting back on track,...not that my life has a track,lol... I have been avoiding posting outfits, because as the title say, fit. Ive been trying to loose weight. I am losing weight and determined at that. Last year was my heaviest. My weight was about 166 lbs. I was always out of breathe from walking a short distant. I rarely left the house but when i did i had to squeeze into my clothes. It was horrible. Everywhere i go somebody pointed out the fact i got bigger. It was ridiculous, not only that but I have always been a person who watch my weight. I really don't know when it started but I do know I can remember I was like six, and wanted to be on a diet. I  was a dancer, am a dancer. I love to dance, its always been my passion. I have always been flexible and able to do things like an athletic person. So Last year in the beginning like around march I decided, that i had to loss weight. I lost 5 pounds by June, ( keep in mind I was just working out from here and there and I hadn't been on a good diet). By October I had made it to 161,160. It varied . I was at a steady weight  of 160 for a while and i couldn't loss anything past that. So in the beginning of 2013. I started to notice i felt light around my stomach area. I hope on the scale I had lost 2 pounds and was now 158. This was exciting. I finally got past the point of no end and it was steady not just for a day or so. So im excited, I would get discourage because I would see no improvement but it'll come in time. If you are trying to lose weight and get in shape just be patient,( easier said then done). ( : well i will post on here and videos on my YouTube channel ( JanaeLave ) about this journey and tedious but it'll be worth it i am determined to lose weight and get in shape. I want to be healthy and look nice in a two, well wear a two piece.



                                  A bowl of oats help lose weight and keep full. Some people just eat it as it come out of pack. But being the weird eater or  complicated eater that i am I have to mix it up.
 If im going to exercise and sweat,which i have no problem with , i have to do it in style or at least have cute attire. I got all these from walmart. Which is where ill probably get most of my workout attire from. they are cute cheap, but nice quality. I will get exercise clothes from other places but walmart, would be the main.
                                       This is one pack of strawberries and cream and one pack of apples and cinnamon. I add extra cinnamon and crushed pecans. yummy!!

My Color!

So if you've  read my blog from the beginning you know a couple of my first post were on nail polish. I haven't done one in a while but when I start posting again, which will be more consistent these will also be on there. This color I discovered while i was shopping in Kohls. It just stood out to me. I love the color , not only that but it look so great on me. You know there just center things that look OK on someone else but amazing on you,. This is one of them. Its not that i think i look better than someone, it just they way it plays off of me, my skin tone, my face, my hair, etc. This will be an it color for me. That means if i cant find a color or i get a color and it doesn't look right i will got to this.  This is the nail polish of the couple of weeks.
